What this site collects

While the launch form is closed, this site does not accept newsletter subscriptions. When it opens, it will collect the email address you submit, the exact consent statement and timestamp, and limited campaign labels such as UTM source, medium, campaign, and creative. It will not put your email address into product analytics.

Why we use it

We will use that information to send and operate Chesapeake Brief, prove consent, prevent duplicate requests, measure acquisition without exposing raw personal data, and honor unsubscribe or suppression requests.

Service providers

OpenAI Sites hosts this preview and its database. PostHog US receives only server-relayed anonymous page and conversion events: an ephemeral random ID, page path, limited UTM labels, and a non-personal event ID. We send no email, browser IP, cookie, persistent identity, person profile, or session replay to PostHog. Newsletter delivery and advertising providers will be named here before collection opens.

Your choices

Every email will include an unsubscribe control. You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing hi@y5.gg. A valid physical mailing address and accountable publisher identity will be published before any address is collected or any newsletter is sent.
